We have evolved a three
tier integrated onsite and offshore
business model starting from identification
of potential clients and ending with client
satisfaction and cost saving. The experienced
ERP
professionals of our team will dedicate in the
implementation of ERP’S both onsite and
offshore. We also augment our clients by providing
right resources both onsite and offshore.
For the purpose of updating and up keeping of
our professionals we will go to the extent of
providing continuous in-house training on original
ERP packages at least one month in every year
either class room or through web conference.
To retain the professionals we have evaluated
performance based incentive systems in addition
to the training stated above.
The objective of our business model is not to
make an ERP a pallid giant. This is very well
possible due to our cost saving measures in
our three-tier business model. We are strongly
committed to operate at reasonable margins without
sacrificing the quality but within the time,
unlike the others.
In spite of higher levels of
attrition we strongly believe,
it is the cost and the
time, which are playing
a very dominant role in customization and client
satisfaction.
