A 20 year old particle board manufacturing company,
with a large distribution network and a market
share of 20% was automating its business processes.
The project was started in 1999 to automate all
processes involving its 780 distributors. After
three and a half years, the company was still
using both manual and automated processes resulting
in duplication of effort.
The client was able to complete the project and
shift wholly to an automated system, through the
following services provided by SPLENDID:

|

in a SRS document as per ANSI/

timely attainment of project objectives.
|
|

and identify risks to successful project completion.
|
|

transparent corporate governance.
|
|

A half century old
FMCG
company had a wide network of distributors and
salesmen, a majority of whom were mobile. These
salesmen always needed to be in touch with their
corporate office to obtain current inventory
information updates in order to service client
requirements satisfactorily from client/ remote
locations.
SPLENDID
deployed an Integrated solution that gave access
to the requested information through Internet
or a hand held device which may be a PDA
or a mobile phone. This helped the company provide
superior service to its customers through real
time inventory commitment, comprehensive charts
and reports, searchable knowledge database and
faster shipping. |
